Terms Of Service

These terms govern access to and use of trixiya. By creating an account, uploading source code, connecting a repository, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

trixiya helps users upload or connect source snapshots, run automated scans, view risk summaries, generate role-aware reports, and create recovery roadmaps. Results are planning guidance and do not replace independent engineering, legal, security, or compliance review.

2. Accounts And Access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for ensuring that collaborators you invite are authorized to access the relevant projects. Project access is personal and role-based. Owners control their own projects and can invite Technical Reviewers or Business Viewers according to the active plan.

3. Source Code And Uploaded Content

You must only upload or connect codebases that you are authorized to inspect. You retain ownership of your uploaded content. The service processes source snapshots, scan outputs, reports, and account information only to provide and operate the product.

4. Security And Confidentiality

The product is designed with scoped project access, role-gated source details, report access controls, deletion controls, and secret redaction signals. No automated system can guarantee that every issue or secret will be found, and users should review results before making production decisions.

5. Subscriptions

Free and Professional plan entitlements are enforced by the application. Professional subscriptions are managed through Stripe Checkout and Stripe Billing Portal. Enterprise requests are sales inquiries and are not an active subscription until separately agreed.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to inspect code you are not authorized to access, attack the service, bypass plan or role restrictions, upload malicious content except as part of authorized security testing, or violate applicable laws.

7. Availability And Changes

The service may change as features evolve. We may update product behavior, plan entitlements, infrastructure, and these terms. If you continue using the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
